Mindfulness Meditation

April 17, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Join us for this non-sectarian practice based meditation. Using ancient practices combined with modern neuroscience we will practice breath awareness to become intimate with our innate capacities for peace and satisfaction. This class will be based on the teachings found in Dr. Kabat-Zinn’s book Wherever You Go, There You Are.
