The beautifully illustrated coffee table book, Beauty and The Beast: California Wildflowers and Climate Change, will be available at a book signing on December 14th, 10am–3:30pm. Rob Badger and Nita Winter’s book, a companion to their recent educational exhibit displayed at the Bay Model last April and May, features 190 stunning wildflower portraits and landscapes. Beauty and the Beast includes short stories by 16 passionate scientists and nature writers representing over a dozen conservation organizations, government agencies and universities.
