Interactive Cooking Lab: Dinner for 4 People (August)

Becky Herbert of Farmhouse Café will be offering a series of Food Labs at the café beginning this summer. Weekend Food Labs invite guests in to the kitchen with Becky to prepare a meal for 4 people that participants can take home for their families. A soup and salad dinner centered around local, organic produce will be featured in the first course. Cost is $75 per person.
For this month’s “Interactive Food Lab,”, you are invited to join Becky in the kitchen and make an easy pasta dish that uses fresh ingredients for a no-cook sauce that is great for a fast, super tasty weeknight meal. *NOTE: Pasta used will be gluten-free.
There will be 2 sessions each Saturday: Morning Session from 11:30 am- 1:30 pm and Afternoon Session from 2:00- 4:00 pm. You may register for your chosen session during checkout.
Limited spaces are available. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own apron.

Becky’s mission with Farmhouse Food Labs is to bring the community together and offer tools, tips and her vast knowledge of what foods are available in our own backyard. Her hope is people will be inspired to incorporate as much of them as possible while acquiring simple cooking methods to use in their own kitchens.
