Our meditation session taught by teaching monks who have been practicing Middle Way Meditation for more than 20 years.

They are the expert in meditation. They dedicate themselves to practice and learn meditation and the purpose of life. They know what they do and be able to guide you not only meditation technique, but also guide you some practical wisdom that can help you maintain better work-life balance.

Everyone because this is a universal meditation technique that anyone can do and gain benefits from it.

Meditation is a tool or process to help the mind to a standstill, peaceful, and focus state. By doing this, you will gain tremendous benefits of meditation which can be easily found  in google.
